Title: USSVI Lockwood Internet Base is closing

Friends, I sadly report to you that our supporting United States Submarine Veterans, Inc. Base, Lockwood Internet Base, is closing effective July 1, 2015.  They have been long term supporters of this website since its creation.

I am also an Associate member of USSVI through this Base.  Which means that I must find a new Base to be a member of in order to remain a part of USSVI.  Associate members like myself cannot remain with USSVI as a Member-At-Large.  I will likely join the Base somewhat near my location that Tom Bowser is the Base Commander of, Mobile Bay Base.  I may have to find a sponsor within this Base.

I just wanted you all to know.

I would bet that Tom would love to sponser you and by extension this site.   :)

I am sure that any base would be honored to have you as a member for all you have done to keep this site going in order to promote the submarine museums.

A USSVI member can only sponsor one Associate. Tom sponsors one Associate at this time.
