:-\ Freedom Park in Omaha is just about bankrupt. Not Bankrupt because it is owned by the city.
But it is/was totally mismanaged. What is needed is someone of the Caliber of John McMicheal to
go in there and talk the city into doing what Galveston did with Sea Wolf Park. There was great
resistance in Galveston, but it was overcome. With the right person at Freedom Park, it too can be
resurrected. 8)

speaking from new found experience. That takes a lot of doing plus some reall good contacts. We are fortunate that we are on the right track for the first time in years. I know that I could not do what has already been done without the support of the volunteers (new and old) current board members, and select city government members. The Batfish has a long way to go, but we are starting so se a little hope come back.
