Title: Today in History - USS Thresher SSN 593

April 10, 1963 the USS Thresher SSN-593 sank with all hands - 129 men both crew and yard workers were aboard.   :'(

Well, on a positive side this did lead to that program..."Sub Safe" it was called right?

Still, such a tragedy!
