Batfish, you were featured for a FULL PAGE article in the Oct/Nov/Dec 2008 edition of "Anchor Watch", the HNSA quarterly newsletter. Way to go Bradley Wynn!

Too bad we didn't get the "to do" list completed. I think a lot of that is because the turn out wasn't as expected and some that did turn out left at noon. A lot of deck aft of the bridge did get removed and the path relocated, but no new deck was put down that week. We just didn't have enough people show up.
If the deck has to be removed and replaced before Phase one can be implemented...then we're in for a long wait.
With that said, my wife and I will be at the Batfish on the 15th to work on the deck. Who else will show up?

I just got my copy of the Anchor Watch today and was surprised to see it in there. Looks like it was edited and re-written in some places to accomodate their need, but any press is good press!
We still have such a loooooooooong way to gooooooooooooo.

Nice article. I hope you get a lot of help. Sounds like you have a massive project not just with the Batfish but the whole park.
