  Freedom Park in Omaha is just about bankrupt.  Not Bankrupt because it is owned by the city.
But it is/was totally mismanaged.  What is needed is someone of the Caliber of John McMicheal to
go in there and talk the city into doing what Galveston did with Sea Wolf Park.  There was great
resistance in Galveston, but it was overcome.  With the right person at Freedom Park, it too can be
resurrected.
