Well friends, I hope you are all doing well.  This forum has seen many changes since its creation.  I thank you all for staying around.

1) I'm sure you read my post earlier about Lockwood Internet Base (LIB) closing down.  I am now an Associate Member of the Mobile Bay Base USSVI.

2) I had to let the domain name saveoursubmarines.com go last year. With the shutting down of LIB, keeping up a website about a base project seemed unnecessary.

3) So many museum submarines are in jeopardy of closing down, Clamagore, Ling, Marlin, and as I did updates today I can't find any info on the Russian submarine B-427. I believe it is closed at this time, and I don't know if there are plans to open it again.

4) Please LIKE and take part in any discussions that come up on the SUBMARINEMUSEUMS.ORG Facebook page. I try to share any interesting things that I see that come up about museum submarines.

5) Any news to share, keep sharing it. I know that BBSes seem to be becoming things of the stone age, but I do like this place.
