Massachusetts Phase 3 opening allowed Battleship cove to admit visitors. The sub is a one way only trip bow to stern inside. Signs for 6 foot distancing, masks , and one way arrows are in place. I am told some days there are enough visitors to go over the financial break even point, some days too few.

The bulk of the yearly income came from sleep overs on the battleship. Sometimes 300 kids. That isn't happening, and therefore the money isn't happening either.

The shutdown did allow some work to be done that is impossible with visitors around, because the cove had been open 7 days a week. The volunteers weren't allowed in for a while, but the rust sure kept going.
