I was up till 3 a.m. making the meatballs, cooking the sausage, and then the sauce... too tired to taste it, but this morning it tastes pretty good!  But I wouldn't suggest a spoon of spaghetti sauce before you morning coffee!   :buck2:

If anyone needs airport information to fly their Learjets or Gulfstreams to Cleveland, let me know. Otherwise, we're just off the I-77 & Ohio Turnpike exit!

Ciao!

Add a little Pink Lady to that sauce - then it will be great!  That will adjust for any variations in seasonings... :2funny:

Well, I put four meatballs each and a lot of sauce into four carryout containers for people who wanted to take extras home, so it made me very happy (whether they tossed them into the weeds on the side of the road on their way home is another thing)...

I got to use my combination garage, photostudio, party center -- thankfully, because there is no way to seat 15 people in our dining room... so my collection of banquet tables and folding chairs paid off.  Following the meal we welcomed our own Diesel Dave back home from active duty with a toast and cake!  Now he can get back to work on our engines (if he isn't called up again)  :buck2:

Following that we held a meeting that lasted well past midnight.

I have to add, the whole evening was a great success because I had one of my disco balls turned on during the whole evening!  Can't disagree with the curator when his disco ball is rotating and shining cool muticolored beams around the room, right?  :uglystupid2:
