Your friend is right - its usually a mess right after the fireworks. Some of us hang out on board for an hour or two afterwards before we leave. Others stay on board overnight. If you make it down, you guys are more than welcome to stay. You can have Darrin's bunk, or any other open one. I doubt we'll have a problem running out of them tonight. Not that many are staying over.

If you don't make it, enjoy your 4th. It was a pleasure to meet you yesterday and I agree with Lance - this is what it's all about!
